By accessing or using Zolra ("the Platform"), operated by StudAI Edutech Private Limited ("StudAI", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Zolra. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep your profile current.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities; (b) impersonate others; (c) scrape or bot the platform; (d) circumvent subscription gates; (e) upload malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. Our paid plans include Pro (₹499/mo), Investor Pro (₹2,999/mo), Growth (₹999/mo), Company (₹4,999/mo), Enterprise (₹15,000+/mo), and Pro Mentor (₹999/mo). Mentor session bookings are collected on-platform using Razorpay Payment Links, and checkout shows the applicable 5% Zolra platform fee plus processor charges before payment. You can cancel subscription plans anytime from your account settings. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Free tier access remains available without payment.
Content you post on Zolra remains yours. By posting, you grant Zolra a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. The Zolra name and logo are trademarks of StudAI Edutech Private Limited.
Zolra provides AI-generated scores, recommendations, and insights. These are advisory in nature and should not be the sole basis for business, hiring, or investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Zolra is provided "as is" without warranties. StudAI Edutech Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
