Email the designated contact with "Grievance" in the subject, or contact us by phone or at the business address above. Include your account email, what happened, relevant dates, any earlier support reference and the remedy you are requesting.
For privacy complaints, identify the data or request concerned. For billing complaints, include the payment ID. Send only necessary evidence and redact passwords, payment credentials and unrelated personal information.
3. Acknowledgement and review
We review the complaint, confirm the information needed to investigate, and may ask for proportionate identity or transaction checks. Keep a copy of your correspondence and refer to it when following up.
Applicable legal requirements govern our handling of complaints. The time needed depends on the issue, evidence and any involvement of a payment provider or other participant.
4. Resolution process
We investigate the relevant account, service or transaction records, consider the requested remedy and communicate the outcome or further steps through your contact channel. Where necessary we coordinate with the relevant service or payment provider. A complaint does not automatically establish refund eligibility or disclose another person's private information.
5. Escalation and external remedies
If you disagree with the response or need an update, reply to the designated contact with the previous correspondence and ask for further review. You may also use appropriate consumer, payment-provider, bank, court or data-protection channels available under applicable law. You do not waive those rights by contacting us first.
